KIT raises $393.77m in funds from placement exercise

Keppel Infrastructure Trust (KIT) has raised S$525 million ($393.77 million) through a private placement and preferential offering of units. This is projected to be Singapore’s largest equity fund raising for 2015. Joint global co-ordinators of this equity deal are Credit Suisse, DBS and UBS.
