Komparify acquires iReff

Chennai-based online aggregation platform Komparify, operated by Cheeni Labs, on Thursday announced that it has acquired mobile recharge plans discovery platform iReff for an undisclosed amount.

With the acquisition, Komparify aims to expand its presence in prepaid plans application space and broaden its mobile application capabilities. The startup claims to have mobile, DTH and broadband plans from over 100 operators across India.

Bengaluru-based Ireff provides fresh prepaid plan information via its mobile app. Cheeni Labs plans to run both apps – Komparify and Ireff – independently with its existing team.
