Kristal.AI, a Singapore-based digital wealth management platform that recommends and creates personalised portfolios for investors, has raised $6.3 million in pre-Series B funding, according to its regulatory filings.
The pre-Series B funding round was joined by mostly individual investors, including Sudhanshu Sanadhya, the Singapore-based managing director at JPMorgan Chase, according to the startup’s filings with Singapore’s Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
