Southeast Asia-focused private equity firm KV Asia Capital is said to hit the final close of its second fund by the second quarter of this year, according to sources privy to the matter.
The fund, which was launched in 2019, is seeking to close the vehicle at around $230-240 million, lower than its initial target of $300 million, said one of the sources mentioned above.
