KKR-backed supply chain firm LEAP India is seeking a valuation of about 70 billion rupees ($733.91 million) for its $260 million initial public offering, according to a newspaper advertisement and the company’s red herring prospectus.
The IPO will open for public subscription on August 7 and close on August 11.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of shares worth $50.3 million and an offer for sale of $209.7 million of shares.
KKR-backed Vertical Holdings II will sell shares worth $209.5 million in the IPO, while promoter group KIA EBT Scheme 3 will sell the remaining shares.
Anchor investors can bid for shares on August 6, while the shares are expected to begin trading on August 14.
LEAP India is a tech-enabled asset pooling services company, with a network of 30 warehouses, 7 outsourced pallet manufacturing units, over 900 customers, and more than 3,250 employees
LEAP India reported a 66% jump in net profit for fiscal year 2026 at 623.4 million rupees, while its revenue rose 56.4% to 7.3 billion rupees.
