Lee Fixel, a former partner at New York-based investment firm Tiger Global, is seeking to raise $1.5 billion for Addition Four, the latest venture capital vehicle of his investment firm, according to a regulatory filing.
The filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) comes less than a year after Addition, which was founded by Fixel, filed to raise the same amount for Addition Three.
