Lendlease, PGGM setup $720m Asia life science real estate partnership

Lendlease, an Australia-headquartered real estate group, has tied up with Dutch pension fund manager PGGM, to hunt for real estate assets in the innovation and life sciences space through a S$1-billion partnership.

The partnership will invest in a portfolio of innovation- and life science-focused real estate assets in Australia, Japan, and Singapore, according to an announcement on Monday.
