Malaysia's $189b pension fund EPF appoints new CEO

The board of Malaysia’s largest pension fund for private sector employees, Employees Provident Fund (EPF), has appointed Tunku Alizakri Alias as its CEO to replace outgoing chief Shahril Ridza Ridzuan. Ridzuan is set to take over the role of managing director at the country’s sovereign wealth fund Khazanah Nasional Bhd from August 20.
