Bursa Malaysia-listed Lion Industries Corp Bhd (LICB) has, through its indirect unit Oriental Shield Sdn Bhd, has proposed to acquire flat steel producer Megasteel for RM537.73 million ($133 million), as part of an expansion plan into the business, it said in a stock filing on Tuesday.
