M&G Real Estate acquires 12 residential properties in Japan

M&G Real Estate, the real estate fund management arm of UK-based M&G Investments, has acquired a portfolio of 12 residential properties in Japan for an undisclosed amount, marking the firm’s second investment in Japanese housing in the past two months.
