Mandiri Capital Indonesia to launch two venture funds, step up investments

Mandiri Capital Indonesia, the venture capital arm of Indonesian PT Bank Mandiri Tbk, is looking to spruce up its investments this year after taking a cautious approach in 2020 in the wake of the pandemic.

The venture capitalist, which has so far invested from the state-owned lender’s balance sheet, plans to launch two debut funds by the third quarter this year.
