Centrum Housing Finance Limited (CHFL), a part of the Centrum Group, on Sunday announced it has signed an agreement to raise about $26.5 million (Rs 190 crore) from a fund managed by Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia.
The transaction will mark the first external institutional funding for CHFL.
