Jaipur-based retail NBFC Kogta Financial (India) Ltd on Thursday announced that it has raised $111 million (Rs846 crore) in its Series D funding round led by Multiples Private Equity (PE).
Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments) and existing investors Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia and Creador IV LP also participated in the financing, the non-bank lender said in a statement.
