Malaysian logistics company Asdion Bhd is acquiring Kingdom Infra for $16.25 million while Texchem Resources Bhd has exited its 51 per cent stake in wholly-owned unit to a US-based company for RM4.28 million ($1.05 million). On the equity crowdfunding side, Orlins Venture Group has raised RM302,000 ($73,802) via Ata Plus.
