SG blockchain platform Nansen buys Ape Board in $20m cash-and-stock deal

Singapore-based blockchain analytics platform Nansen’s acquisition of Thai multi-chain portfolio tracker Ape Board in May was a $20 million cash-and-stock deal, show regulatory filings.

Nansen will pay $4 million in cash to Ape Board shareholders and issue them stock worth another $16 million over two years, according to its filings with Singapore’s Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
