Neev II Fund and Aavishkaar Capital have invested $20 million in geospatial startup NeoGeoInfo Technologies’s Series A round.

Established in 2019, NeoGeo provides integrated spatial intelligence solutions to government and corporate clients for natural resource management, disaster management, urban governance, utilities, infrastructure and smart cities.

India’s geospatial sector, estimated at Rs 45,000 crore ($5.1 billion) in 2023, is at an inflection point and is projected to grow at over 15% CAGR over 2025-30.

“This round allows us to invest decisively in that conviction: scaling our platform business, deepening R&D, expanding into international markets and hiring across engineering and delivery,” said Sreeramam GV, Founder and CEO of NeoGeo.

Bharat Value Fund invests in confectionery brand

The Wealth Company’s Bharat Value Fund has invested Rs 300 crore ($31.35 million) in Dharwad Big Mishra Pedha, the 93-year-old confectionery, per an announcement.

Founded in 1933, Big Mishra is known for its GI-tagged Dharwad Pedha and has since expanded into sweets, savouries, bakery products, and restaurants.

Its franchise-led model has helped it grow to over 200 outlets across North Karnataka, Goa and southern Maharashtra, backed by two manufacturing facilities and its own dairy unit.

India has many strong regional brands that have earned consumer trust over generations but have not yet had the opportunity to scale nationally,” said Madhu Lunawat, Founder of The Wealth Company Asset Management. “At Bharat Value Fund, we want to partner with such businesses not just with capital, but by working closely with promoters on professionalisation, distribution and the next phase of growth.”

The Wealth Company is the asset management arm of Pantomath Group, managing around Rs 10,000 crore in client assets across different investment products and asset classes.
