Nestle sells NZ candy brands to Australia’s Quadrant Private Equity

Nestle has conditionally agreed to sell its candy brands manufactured in New Zealand to Sydney-based Quadrant Private Equity for an undisclosed amount following the global food giant’s review of its confectionery business in Australia and New Zealand.
