Singapore SPAC Ocean Capital Acquisition files for $60m US IPO

Ocean Capital Acquisition, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) registered in Singapore, has filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to raise up to $60 million in an initial public offering (IPO).

The blank cheque company, led by CEO, CFO, and chairman Simon Wong and COO and director Anthony Ho, plans to offer 6 million units at $10 apiece, with each unit consisting of one share of common stock, one-half of a warrant, and one right to receive one-tenth of a share upon completion of an initial business combination.
