Pasarnow, an Indonesian online groceries platform, has issued new Series A shares worth $9.5 million to investors including East Ventures (Growth Fund), according to regulatory filings.
The round comprises fresh equity funding of $7.4 million so far, show Pasarnow’s filings with Singapore’s Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA). East Ventures (Growth Fund) contributed $6 million, with the rest coming from January Capital. These shares were priced at $1,226.71 apiece.
