Private equity firm <a style="color: #000080;" href="https://www.dealstreetasia.com/stories/singapore-eqt-backed-incorp-acquires-ca-trust-units-add-senior-managers-86899/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">EQT</a>-backed corporate services provider <a style="color: #000080;" href="https://www.dealstreetasia.com/stories/singapore-eqt-backed-incorp-acquires-ca-trust-units-add-senior-managers-86899/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">InCorp Group</a> has acquired Philippines-based Kittelson &amp; Carpo Consulting, a business consulting firm with offices in Taguig, Makati and Cebu Cities.
The financial terms of the deal were undisclosed.
Kittelson &amp; Carpo assists companies in setting up operations in the Philippines, providing services such as business registration and permits, government compliance, work permits, visas, payroll and recruitment.
This is the third acquisition this year by Singapore-based InCorp that has been on a buying spree since EQT Capital Partners invested in the corporate solutions provider in April this year. A month ago, InCorp acquired three subsidiaries of corporate secretarial, accounting, taxation and consulting services firm CA Trust Group.
Earlier, in June, it bought over Asia Pacific Business Consultants (APB Consultants), a Singapore and China headquartered tax and business consultancy  specialising in regional and cross-border transactions.
Gregory Kittelson, Kittelson &amp; Carpo’s Co-Founder and Managing Director and Amanda Carpo, the firm&#8217;s President and Co-Founder will continue to spearhead operations apart from assuming larger responsibilities within InCorp Group.
“This acquisition marks a major step forward in delivering our regional strategy,&#8221; said Atin Bhutani, In.Corp Group CEO.
The firm&#8217;s clients include small and medium enterprises from diversified industries including outsourcing and offshoring, product import and export, network marketing, recruiting, real estate, travel and accommodation, trading and manufacturing, mining, etc.
Sweden-based EQT had invested in InCorp through its <a style="color: #000080;" href="https://www.dealstreetasia.com/stories/exclusive-eqt-partners-eyes-final-close-800m-mid-market-asia-fund-year-end-82743/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">EQT Mid Market Fund</a>. The firm has been consistently investing in Asia and is also expecting to do a final close of its $800 million Asia focused Mid Market Fund III end of this year.
