Los Angeles based private equity firm Platinum Equity has bought Singapore-listed Broadway Industrial Group’s Chinese manufacturing business, Foam Plastic Solutions (FPS) and Flow Control Devices (FCD) for an undisclosed amount, the companies said in a statement.
