People: Adtech startup Liftoff opens SG office; Morgan Lewis beefs up China team; Eric Xu joins GGV Capital

Palo Alto-based adtech startup Liftoff has opened an office in Singapore to expand its reach into Asia and has appointed ex-Twitter executive Marc Hale as Head of Asia Pacific, based in in the city-state. Meanwhile, law firm Morgan Lewis has hired K Lesli Ligorner and a team of four lawyers, including one of counsel to build on the firm’s growing presence in China. Also, former Managing Director at SIG Asia Investment Eric Xu has joined GGV Capital as a Managing Partner
