India: Petronet to form JV with Japan, Sri Lanka firms for LNG plant

India’s biggest gas importer, Petronet LNG, will soon form a joint venture with Japanese and Sri Lankan companies to build a liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal near Colombo, the Indian company said in a statement on Wednesday.
