Philippine listed <a style="color: #000080;" href="www.ictsi.com">International Container Terminal Services Inc ( ICTSI )</a> is seeking to raise $450 million via a bonds issue.
The port operator informed the stock exchange today that its board of directors approved the new senior perpetual capital securities offered by its subsidiary Royal Capital BV.
ICTSI will guarantee the corporate bonds that would yield 5.5 per cent per annum.
Joint lead managers and bookrunners of the securities offer are Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited, and Standard Chartered Bank.
Both ICTSI and Royal Capital signed a subscription agreement with the joint lead Managers relating to the issuance of the new securities.
&#8220;The Company and Royal Capital BV will further execute the Trust Deed and Agency Agreement relevant to the New Securities Offer with the trustee and the agents, respectively, on or about 26 August 2015,&#8221; ICTSI said in a statement.
ICTSI&#8217;s last trading price increased 0.59 per cent or P0.60 to close at P102.60.
