Philippines: Century Pacific acquires Hunt's brand from URC, ConAgra JV

Century Pacific Food Inc (CNPF), the Philippines’ leading canned food company, has acquired the local license for pork & beans brand Hunt’s from Hunt-Universal Robina Corp (HURC), a 50-50 joint venture between Universal Robina Corp (URC) and ConAgra Foods.
