Pilipinas Shell to file long overdue IPO

Energy company Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp will soon execute its much delayed initial public offering (IPO), the Philippines’ Energy Department officer-in-charge secretary Zenaida Monsada said. Shell has confirmed to the department its plan of going public this year, even as it was also expecting higher profits.
