PE firm Quadria Capital in talks to close a deal in Vietnam by year-end, says Amit Varma

Healthcare-focused private equity (PE) firm Quadria Capital, which is betting big on opportunities in Southeast Asia, is in advanced talks to invest in a company in Vietnam from its second fund that has a corpus of $595 million.

Closed last year, Quadria Capital Fund II has another $200 million earmarked by its limited partners (LPs) for investments, said Amit Varma, managing partner at Quadria Capital, at the Asia PE-VC Summit 2021 on Sept. 28.
