HK-listed gaming hardware maker Razer gets nod for privatisation

Razer, a Hong Kong-listed gaming hardware manufacturer, announced that it has received approval from its shareholders to take the company private.

In a LinkedIn post, Razer CEO Min-Liang Tan said the privatisation of the company has been approved by its shareholders, with 94.74% of the votes cast by “disinterested shareholders” favouring the deal.
