Reliance Industries (RIL), via its subsidiary Reliance Brands Ltd, has purchased a 12.5 per cent stake in Future101 Design Private Limited while Apollo Hospitals Enterprise has acquired a 50 per cent stake in Medics International Lifesciences Ltd. In a separate deal, Aliaxis SA has agreed to acquire the 40 per cent shareholding of its partner Poddar family in their joint venture, Ashirvad Pipes Pvt. Ltd.
