Asia's appetite for stable income assets is growing, says SC Capital's Chee

Singapore-based investment management firm SC Capital Partners, which aims to hit the final close of its $1-billion fifth vehicle Real Estate Capital Asia Partners-V by this year-end, is of the view that its move to diversify and launch a debut core plus fund has allowed it to tap into the growing appetite for stable income assets.
