Singapore restaurant booking app Chope bags $10.6m and other SE Asia deals

Chope, a Singapore-based restaurant reservation app, has raised $10.6 million in a Series E funding round co-anchored by Australian VC Square Peg Capital, and Singha Ventures, the VC arm of Thai conglomerate Singha Corporation.

Founded in 2011, Chope enables users to find and reserve restaurants in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Bangkok, Phuket, Jakarta, and Bali through its website, mobile apps, and plug-ins.
