Vietnam-based edtech startup Virtual Internships raises $14m and other SE Asia deals

Virtual Internships, a Vietnam-based edtech startup, has announced raising $14.3 million in a Series A funding round anchored by European technology investor Hambro Perks.

The startup, which is a remote-first edtech company that offers programmes across all industries in more than 100 countries worldwide, said the funding round was also backed by Sequoia India & Southeast Asia’s Surge, Arsenal Growth, Kaplan, Ascend Vietnam Ventures and STIC Investments.
