Olam Holdings Pte Ltd has secured a $1.5-billion loan facility, while VNGGames has officially announced a joint venture with Korean games developer NCSOFT.
SG’s Olam Group secures $1.5b loan
Agri food giant Olam Group Limited (Olam Group) has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Olam Holdings Pte Ltd has secured a $1.5-billion loan facility with a tenure of 1.5 years. The facility is guaranteed by Olam Group.
Proceeds from the facility will be applied towards refinancing existing debt of Olam Group. Citibank, Emirates NBD Bank, and HSBC are the senior mandated lead arrangers for the facility. HSBC is the facility agent.
Olam Group is a food and agri-business supplying food, ingredients, feed and fibre to 22,000 customers worldwide. The company’s value chain spans over 60 countries and includes farming, processing and distribution operations, as well as a global network of farmers.
VNGGames inks JV with Korea’s NCSOFT
VNGGames has announced a joint venture with NCSOFT, the premier Korean MMORPG game developer, to exclusively publish NCSOFT’s renowned role-playing games across Southeast Asia under the brand NCV GAMES.
