Vietnam's Seedcom adopts the new retail model to woo customers

Vietnam’s The Coffee House has been making significant strides against larger rival Starbucks.

The Ho Chi Minh City-headquartered coffee chain clocked revenues of 670 billion dong ($29.1 million) in 2018, around 12 per cent more than Starbucks’ revenue in the country. In the previous year, the Seattle-based coffee giant had earned 100 billion dong more than the local company.
