Sequoia-backed X-ray components maker iRay readies STAR Market IPO

iRay Technology, which develops X-ray system components in China, is all set for an initial public offering (IPO) on the Nasdaq-style STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE).

China’s Haitong Securities, which reviewed the company prior to its application, filed a statement with the stock exchange on Wednesday (March 4) confirming iRay’s eligibility to apply for the IPO on the STAR Market.
