The Ascott Limited, the wholly-owned serviced residence unit of Singapore-based property developer CapitaLand, has invested about $26 million for a 70 per cent stake in Green Oak Hotel Management, the holding company for Indonesia-based TAUZIA Hotel Management, it said in an announcement today.
