Hong Kong-based private equity firm ShawKwei & Partners (ShawKwei) announced that it has acquired Australian beauty and healthcare company Rauxel for an undisclosed amount.
Rauxel, founded in 1986 by Fred Exner in Sydney, manufactures beauty and healthcare products with over 90% of products based on custom formulations developed by the company’s in-house laboratory experts.
