<h3 style="text-align: justify;">Hyflux Capital injects $6.9 into Tus Water Group</h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000080;"><a style="color: #000080;" href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/hyflux" target="_blank"><strong>Hyflux</strong></a></span> says wholly-owned subsidiary Hyflux Capital (Singapore) has injected US$6.9 million into Hong Kong-incorporated Tus Water Group. Tus Water was established by Hyflux Capital and <span style="color: #000080;"><a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.bloomberg.com/Research/Stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapId=305547096" target="_blank"><strong>Tuspark TSI</strong></a></span> to hold strategic investments in water projects in China.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">According to Hyflux Capital, the capital injection was made was in proportionate to its 25 per cent stake in Tus Water, while Tuspark TSI holds the remaining 75 per cent, with the capital injection to be used for expanding existing projects and acquiring new China projects.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The investment is funded by internal sources and does not have a material financial impact to the group for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2016.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">Advancer Global acquires 76% in Newman &amp; Goh</h3>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000080;"><a style="color: #000080;" href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/advancer-global" target="_blank"><strong>Advancer Global Limited</strong></a></span>, an integrated services provider offering workforce solutions and services in Singapore, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Advancer Global Facility Pte Ltd, has acquired 76 per cent of the shares of <span style="color: #000080;"><a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.newman-goh.com/" target="_blank"><strong>Newman &amp; Goh Property Consultants Pte Ltd.</strong></a></span> and its associate company, Newman &amp; Associate Pte Ltd, for an aggregate cash consideration of S$3 million.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Part of its latest expansion drive, Newman &amp; Goh Property Consultants Pte Ltd was incepted in 1986 and is mainly engaged in the provision of property consultancy, property and facilities management services for residential, commercial and industrial properties in Singapore.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Other services also include property valuation, investment sales, as well as property agency services. Its associate company, Newman &amp; Associate Pte Ltd, provides complementary services to Newman &amp; Goh</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Commenting on the acquisition, Gary Chin, CEO and ED of Advancer Global, said, “The acquisition of Newman &amp; Goh is synergic to the Group’s current facilities management businesses. It provides opportunity for the Group to enhance its competitive advantages by providing new value added services.&#8221;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">&#8220;This enables us to position as an efficient one-stop shop facilities management solutions and services provider with the ability to achieve economies of scale and cross-sell its strengths in extensive range of facilities management services to a wider pool of customers,” he added.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">This acquisition will Increase its pool of corporate clients to more than 500 corporate customers in relation to the facilities management businesses, which comprises the complementary cleaning &amp; stewarding business and the security services business. It will also to provide a footprint in China in the area of facilities management.</p>
