Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust (A-REIT) is acquiring One@Changi City for $420 million ($299.1 million) from seller Ascendas Frasers – a 50:50 joint venture (JV) between Ascendas Development and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Frasers Centrepoint,the trust said in a filing with the Singapore exchange.
