<article>Singapore-listed <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.dealstreetasia.com/tag/secura-group-limited" target="_blank">Secura Group Limited</a> has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to fully acquire <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.redsentry.net/" target="_blank">RedSentry Pte Ltd</a> and RedSentry Consultancy Pte Ltd.</article>

Singapore-listed <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.dealstreetasia.com/tag/secura-group-limited" target="_blank">Secura Group Limited</a> has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to fully acquire <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.redsentry.net/" target="_blank">RedSentry Pte Ltd</a> and RedSentry Consultancy Pte Ltd.
Secura Group signed the MOU on March 15 with Ong Hock Ling, Yew Lea Tiang Annie and Ng Chiang Chui. The MOU is not legally binding.
Founded in June 2000, RedSentry Pte Ltd is a cyber security and network performance optimisation company based out of Singapore. RedSentry Consultancy Pte Ltd, on the other hand, was founded in August 2006, and conducts telecommunication activities and business and management consultancy services.
Secura Group explained in a filing that the &#8220;cyber security business&#8221; of RedSentry and RedSentry Consultancy will give the former&#8217;s existing businesses in the cyber security sector a boost, allowing it to expand its offerings and increase its market share in the city-state.
The MOU noted that once the companies have been acquired, Yew and Ng will serve a three year service agreement with Secura Group while Ong will resign from RedSentry and RedSentry Consultancy.
Secura Group launched its IPO on the Singapore Exchange&#8217;s Catalist board in January 2016.

The "cyber security business" of RedSentry and RedSentry Consultancy will give Secura Group a boost in the city-state.
