Singapore state investor Temasek said on Friday it has appointed Wendy Koh as its chief financial officer.
Koh will join as chief financial officer-designate on August 1, and take over the role on October 1.
She joins from Mapletree Investments, where she is group chief financial officer. Temasek said Koh has more than 30 years of experience in finance, capital markets and company strategy.
Png Chin Yee, who is now Temasek’s chief financial officer and president of Temasek Singapore, will step down from the finance role on October 1 to focus on overseeing Temasek’s Singapore-based portfolio companies.
