Singapore’s ARA, tycoon John Lim buy 52.08% stake in crowdfunding platform Minterest

Singapore-based real asset fund manager ARA Asset Management Ltd announced Tuesday that it has jointly acquired a majority stake of 52.08 per cent in crowdfunding platform Minterest Holdings Pte Ltd with the city state’s tycoon John Lim, for an undisclosed amount, as it ventures into the fintech sector.
