Endowus, a Singapore-based wealth management platform backed by state-linked investor EBDI, has acquired a majority stake in Hong Kong-based wealth manager Carret Private Investments Limited (Carret Private), per an announcement.
Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed, and Bloomberg reported that the deal involves more than 60% of Carret Private, a wealth manager and multi-family office that serves UHNWIs, facilities, trusts, and charitable organisations.
