<p style="color: #222222;">SIRI is one of the leading property developers in Thailand and has expertise in developing condominiums to serve the high demand in Bangkok and big cities. Meanwhile, BTS has many land plots along its skytrain routes.</p>
<p style="color: #222222;">“If this deal really happens, I believe that it’s one of Sansiri’s strategies to raise the capital for expanding its business,” he said.</p>
<p style="color: #222222;">SIRI’s stock price was up yesterday Oct 13 and has continued the upward trend today, until the time of this story going to print.</p>
<p style="color: #222222;">Analysts at DBS Vickers Securities (Thailand) suggests to ‘Buy’ SIRI instead of ‘Hold’ and gave increased the evaluated price from 1.99 baht per share ($0.062) to 2.39 baht ($0.074).</p>
