SoftBank Vision Fund 2 leads $150m Series C1 round in Shoplazza

Shoplazza, a Canada and Shenzhen-headquartered software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions provider, has received $150 million in its Series C1 round of financing led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2. 

The round saw participation from new investors including Abu Dhabi-based private investment firm Chimera, and global private markets investor Stepstone Group. Existing investors – Sequoia Capital China, state-backed Qianhai FOF, Sky9 Capital and Beijing Pantheon Asset Management – also joined the round.
