Asia-focused SPAC Serendipity Capital withdraws $250m IPO

Serendipity Capital Acquisition, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) focused on financial businesses in the Asia-Pacific region, has abandoned its plans to raise up to $250 million in an initial public offering in the US.
