The round was joined by existing investors, including China&#8217;s <a href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/Legend-Capital" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Legend Capital</a>.</article>

South Korea and China-headquartered cloud management company <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://en.bespinglobal.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Bespin Global</a> has closed a $27-million investment led by Singapore-based <a href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/st-telemedia" target="_blank" rel="noopener">ST Telemedia (STT)</a>. The round was joined by existing investors, including China&#8217;s <a href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/Legend-Capital" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Legend Capital</a>.
The capital infusion will see Bespin Global, which helps enterprise customers migrate legacy IT operations to cloud services, further accelerate the development of its cloud management platform. The investment will also see Ronald Totton, Executive Vice President of STT, join Bespin’s board of directors.
&#8220;We believe that demand for cloud services and software will continue to grow quickly in Asia and enterprises will want to work with experienced solution providers such as Bespin Global. STT and Bespin Global have much in common and we look forward to building a successful partnership together,&#8221; Totton said in a statement.
Joon Sung Park, a board member of Bespin Global and Partner of <a href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/Legend-Capital" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Legend Capital</a>, said,  “We believe in the Bespin Global story more than ever. Bespin is unique in that it successfully operates as a fully localised company anywhere it operates, including in China. We are impressed that they have attracted world-class customers and employees in China, and look forward to deepening our relationship with them.&#8221;
Concurrent with STT’s investment in Bespin Global, the two companies have signed an agreement to foster business collaboration. This includes joint development and cross-selling of products and services and sharing of best practices, branding, marketing, positioning, and joint service platforms.
Bespin Global had earlier raised <a href="https://www.dealstreetasia.com/stories/china-cloud-it-firm-bespin-global-raises-15m-series-a-eastern-bell-leads-series-a-in-chinese-industrial-e-commerce-site-77875/">$15 million in a Series A round of financing</a> led by Legend Capital in July 2017. That round was joined by Premier Partners, Altos Ventures, Hyosung ITX, and other investors.
Founded in October 2015, Bespin Global has offices in Seoul, Beijing, and Shanghai. It claims to cater to over 190 enterprise customers.
