<h3>Prime Venture backs SurveySparrow</h3>
<p>SurveySparrow, a cloud-based customer experience platform, on Tuesday said that it has raised $1.4 million in seed funding from Prime Venture Partners.</p>
<p>Founded in October 2017 by Shihab Muhammed and Subin Sebastian, SurveySparrow will use the fresh funding for product development, it said in a statement.</p>
<p>The startup allows users to create and share mobile-first, user-friendly conversational surveys.</p>
<h3>YourNest leads funding in Lavelle</h3>
<p>Lavelle Networks, a SDN (software-defined networking) management platform, has raised $2 million in a Series A round of financing led by YourNest Venture Capital.</p>
<p>The round also saw participation from Ideaspring Capital, KAAJ Ventures (BV Jagadeesh), and ASM Technologies Ltd, per a company statement.</p>
<p>The fresh funding will accelerate the company’s rapid expansion program in FY20 into key digital transformation market opportunities, it said. The company claims to solve the most difficult data networking challenges for distributed enterprises in using cloud applications.</p>
<h3>Paytm Money gets SEBI nod for stock broking</h3>
<p>Indian payments major Paytm&#8217;s subsidiary Paytm Money has received the Securities and Exchange Board of India&#8217;s (SEBI) approval to start offering stockbroking services.</p>
<p>The new service will allow users to start buying shares through Paytm Money.</p>
<p>The company also said it had received broker membership of exchanges BSE and National Stock Exchange. In order to offer stockbroking services, Paytm Money will introduce new offerings on its platform, including investing and trading in equities, derivatives, currency, commodities, ETFs and other exchange-traded products.</p>
