Taiwan Life, which is part of CTBC Financial Holdings, announced that it committed $10 million to Oak Hill Capital Partners VI (Offshore), the sixth flagship buyout fund of New York firm Oak Hill Capital.
In a filing on the Taiwan Stock Exchange, the Taiwanese insurer said its commitment will give it about 0.2% share in the latest buyout fund of the middle-market private equity firm.
