<article><a style="color: #000080;" href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/savills-im" target="_blank">Savills Investment Management (Savills IM)</a>, the international real estate investment manager, has appointed <a style="color: #000080;" href="https://sg.linkedin.com/in/tammy-kuan-b0b5571b" target="_blank">Tammy Kuan</a> as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Asia-Pacific (APAC).</article>

<a style="color: #000080;" href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/savills-im" target="_blank">Savills Investment Management (Savills IM)</a>, the international real estate investment manager, has appointed <a style="color: #000080;" href="https://sg.linkedin.com/in/tammy-kuan-b0b5571b" target="_blank">Tammy Kuan</a> as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Asia-Pacific (APAC).
This appointment is the latest in a series of senior management appointments at Savills IM as the firm seeks to further strengthen its capabilities in the Asia-Pacific region in line with its ongoing global expansion.
Speaking on the appointment, <a style="color: #000080;" href="https://uk.linkedin.com/in/richard-james-4020bb24" target="_blank">Richard James</a>, the global CFO of Savills IM, said, “Tammy brings a wealth of experience in overseeing finance operations in the investment management business in Asia-Pacific. She will be a highly valued member of Savills IM’s regional executive committee and will play a key role in driving the firm’s expansion plans in Asia-Pacific.”
Tammy joins Savills IM having previously held senior executive positions at Morgan Stanley Asia Pacific. Most recently she was Executive Director &amp; Financial Controller for its investment management business in Asia, providing financial oversight and support to the firm’s traditional asset management, real estate, private equity and infrastructure funds business.
Tammy has over 20 years of experience in financial controllership over investment management, accounting, audit and due diligence.
In her new role, Tammy will lead the finance and operations teams in the APAC region, with overall responsibility for fund finance, covering financial reporting and control, financial due diligence on new deals, and working with the Savills IM group teams on tax structuring, tax compliance, debt origination and treasury management.
In addition Tammy will take on an operations responsibility, principally in areas such as risk and compliance across the APAC region.
